Lake Nakuru Day Trip

History

Lake Nakuru is one of the soda lakes of the Great Rift Valley and used to be home to the world famous flamingo due to the abundance of algae. it is bordered by the lake Nakuru national park which is home to a variety of plant and animal species. Located just 156kms NW of Nairobi, it is a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley.
